A Realtor® is a real estate sales person who belongs to the National Association of Realtors®, the world's largest professional association. The term Realtor® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS): The CRS designation is for members of the National Association of Realtors who want to move to an advanced level of experience and knowledge in the residential real estate sales market. To obtain membership, designees must meet sales volume and transaction qualifications, and are required to complete a combination of one- and two-day classes.

Certified Buyer Representative (CBR): CBR is designed for buyer agents who want to help clients find the property of their choice and successfully negotiate for that property. The course consists of 3 consecutive days of intensive buyer agency training.

Notary Public: As a notary public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I offer notary services to individuals and businesses of the communities I service.

Certified New Home Specialist: The Cerified New Home Specialist certificate program is a comprehensive new home sales course for Realtors dedicated to providing the highest level of professionalism and service to builders and new home buyers. The training involves over 20 hours of course work and a score of 90% or better on a certification test.

At Home With Diversity: The At Home With Diversity certificate program is designed for real estate professionals interested in developing effective business strategies to deal with the changing demographic patterns shaping local housing markets. To obtain the certificate, the Realtor must successfully complete the course, "At Home With Diversity: One America," which signifies specialized training on fair housing and diversity issues.
