Lisa Santilli has been recognized as a top-producing Realtor since her first year in Real Estate when she was named Rookie of the Year and since then has been consistently ranked in the top 10% nationally. A longtime resident of North Reading, she has been a full-time Realtor since 2002, specializing in homes, condominiums, land and investment properties in the cities and towns North of Boston.
Lisa began her career as a financial analyst and accountant at Fidelity Investments after graduating from Boston University Questrom School of Business. Her analytical background serves her well in practicing real estate where she consistently studies pricing trends and analyzes recent sales and market data. Lisa’s thorough understanding of the local real estate market guarantees that seller clients are priced correctly from the start and buyer clients do not overpay. Personally she is a friendly, caring, compassionate and honest professional who listens to her clients’ needs and goals and guides them through the process of buying and selling. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail ensures an efficient and well organized real estate experience.

Lisa is married to Mike Santilli and the mother of two adult children. Her son, Michael, is a graduate of Elon University; and her daughter, Lauren, graduated from Boston College. Lisa resides in North Reading with Mike and their golden doodle, Harley.

Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist/ CLHMS: The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that real estate professionals have the knowledge, experience and unique skills to meet their needs. Members of the Institute who hold the designations have documented performance / sales in the top 10% of their residential market and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the high end market. CLHMS designees whose documented performance includes at least two single family property closings at $1,000,000 or above are recognized as members of the GUILD.
